Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to work with an established logistics business based in Oldham, with the opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.Our client operates a busy distribution operation offering a mix of multidrop and distance delivery work, with consistent Monday to Friday hours and overtime available.What''s on offer?Temporary to permanent opportunityMonday to Friday, 6am starts with an average 3pm finish 15 to 16 per hour ( 16.81 to 17.93 inclusive of holiday pay)Overtime is readily availableAs an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:Completing a mix of multidrop and longer distance deliveriesOffloading deliveries by manual handling and forkliftCompleting all delivery paperwork and documentation accuratelyMaintaining safe and professional driving standards at all timesTo be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year''s driving experienceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph cardsNo more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codesGood physical fitness due to the manual handling element of the roleInterested in this HGV Class 2 Driver role?
