HGV Class 2 Driver

Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing temporary work with an established logistics business based in Chelmsley Wood.

Our client operates a busy store delivery operation across the Midlands, offering consistent Monday to Friday work with a 6am start.

What''s on offer?

• Ongoing temporary position
• Monday to Friday, s6am starts
• Shifts averaging 10 hours
• Paid weekly at -18.49 per hour - inclusive of holidays

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

• Completing store deliveries across the Midlands - 16 pallets over 10 to 12 drops per day
• Unloading using a pump truck
• Completing all delivery paperwork accurately
• Maintaining safe and professional driving standards at all times

To be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year''s driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards
• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
