Overtime:-Time and a half for hours worked over 48 hours per week

The Role

We are currently recruiting-Class 2 HGV Drivers-for an ongoing store delivery contract based in-Widnes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers looking for consistent hours and a 4-on/3-off shift pattern.

You will be responsible for delivering goods to stores across the UK.-No tramping is involved, and drivers will return home after their shifts.

Shift Details

• Day shifts:-Start times between 12am and 6am
• Night shifts:-Start times between 2pm and 8pm
• Shift length:-Up to 12 hours
• Guaranteed minimum:-48 hours per week
• Shift pattern:-4 days on / 3 days off
• Weekends:-Included
• Night rate:-Same pay as day shifts
• Overtime:-Time and a half after 48 hours
• No tramping

Duties

• Delivering to retail stores across the UK
• Completing multiple store deliveries during each shift
• Handling-roll cages rather than pallets
• Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Providing professional customer service at delivery locations

What We''re Looking For

• Valid-Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum-6 months'' Class 2 driving experience
• Good knowledge of UK roads
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional attitude
• Comfortable with store deliveries and handling roll cages
