We are currently seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver for our commercial relocation client based in Reading. This is a temporary ongoing position, offering the opportunity to join a thriving and dynamic team.As this role involves the movement of office furniture and other physical tasks, it is ideally suited to someone who enjoys being active and is physically fit.There are day shifts available over all days of the week, Ad Hoc Temporary work. Pay Rates : Standard: £16 per hour + holiday allowance OT, Saturdays and Sundays - £20 per hour 8h guaranteed Key Responsibilities:Conducting daily vehicle checkAdhering to health and safety regulationsSafely carrying out all driving and manual handling dutiesUsing all equipment according to safe working practicesLoading and unloading office furnitureAssisting and working collaboratively with a team of porterRequirements:Valid HGV Class 2 license and full CPCDigital tachograph cardStrong knowledge of UK driving laws and regulationsMinimum 12 months HGV driving experience (due to insurance)No more than 6 penalty points on licenseA team player with a positive, can-do attitudePhysically fit and reliableThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected company in the commercial relocation sector.
