HGV Class 1/2

CSS are currently recruiting for Class 1 and 2 Drivers around the Braintree district for full time or ongoing work with various shift times and weekend. 

Working times will be Monday to Friday, up to 40 hours a week. With early morning starts from 5AM till 1PM with possibilities of overtime and weekends. 

We are looking for candidates with a valid and experienced class 1 and 2 licenses to be a key part in general drops and unloading any vehicles or machinery when required. This can be assisted with a drivers mate.

Duties include:

• Picking up general deliveries assigned by clients at depots
• Travelling outside the Essex areas or driving to certain distances
• Supporting loaders when required
• Following all H&S procedures

Requirements:

• A Valid Class 1 and 2 licenses with a minimum of 12 months experience
• Previous references on Class 1 and 2 required
• Own transport required due to location and shift times. Public transport not available
