HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Class 1 Tramper Drivers for one of our clients based in the Sheffield area with a guarantee of 45 hours minimum!

What you''ll be doing:

You''ll be driving and operating their Bulker Tipper vehicles that include a microwave and fridge, whilst transporting material between their sites and customer sites whilst offering a world-class customer experience to all customers.

You will need to be able to tramp out a minimum of 4 nights per week. Nights out are paid at -25 per night out. Overtime paid at time and a quarter after 45 hours.

Vehicles:

Scania, Volvo, DAF

About you:

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 (CAT C+E) licence
• Have minimum 2 years experience class 1 driving.
• Carry out vehicle checks ensuring vehicles and components are compliant and road worthy.
• Be trustworthy and be able to work unsupervised.
• Be an excellent communicator and able to work well as part of a wider team.
