Interaction Recruitment are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Shunter drivers.Shunter Driver Class 1 (HGV)Corby Full-time, shift-basedA well-established manufacturing business in Corby is seeking an experienced Shunter Driver to support movements of raw materials and finished goods across multiple local sites.Key Responsibilities Shunting trailers on/off bays and between nearby sites Operating a Terberg and Class 1 HGV Yard organisation, vehicle checks, and defect reporting Ensuring loads are secured and DVSA compliant Occasional warehouse/operational support when required Requirements Class 1 HGV licence (minimum 2 years experience) Terberg experience Valid CPC and Digi card Safety-first, reliable, and a strong team player Right to work in the UK Shifts 3-week rotating pattern (days, afternoons, nights) average 45 hours/weekPay and Benefits £39,286 basic salary + overtime 33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays) Pension, sick pay, free annual CPC training A great opportunity for a professional shunter looking for stability and long-term work in a fast-paced environment.
