This role involves roll-on roll-off (RoRo) work and offers consistent hours, competitive pay and additional benefits. Key Responsibilities for HGV Class 1 Driver: Operating Class 1 wagon & drag vehicles Carrying out roll-on roll-off (RoRo) work safely and efficiently Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring roadworthiness Adhering to all driving laws, tachograph regulations, and company procedures Maintaining a high standard of professionalism when representing the company Requirements for HGV Class 1 Driver: Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence Minimum 1 year’s experience driving: Wagon & Drag Ro Ro (Roll-on Roll-off) Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Good understanding of UK driving regulations Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused Pay & Benefits for HGV Class 1 Driver: £17 per hour (standard rate) £20 per hour overtime (after 50 hours and Saturdays) Average 50-hour work week Saturday shifts: every other weekend Christmas bonus Quarterly team meals/social events Stable, permanent employ...
