Hgv Class 1 Driver

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Nottingham area. We are looking for multiple HGV Class 1 Drivers to join the team.-

Shifts: Operation runs across Monday to Sunday?

Start Times: afternoons and night mainly with potential for occasional days (drivers must be flexible with start times)

Pay Rate:

• -17.79 per hour PAYE (6am to 10pm)

• -18.29 per hour PAYE (10pm to 6am)

Location: Nottingham, NG6

Job Type: Ad-hoc / Temp / Ongoing

The role:

• Trunking - Performing trunk runs to the hub.?

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C&E).

• Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.

• 6 months minimum experience required

• No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).

• Full understanding of WTD legislation.

• Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.

• Excellent communication skills.

• A safety-first mindset.
