Due to increased business, we are looking to recruit several Permanent (PAYE ONLY) Class 1 Drivers across various shifts from our site in Spalding. NEW PASSES WELCOME Tramping - pre-midnight / Day - 12:00-15:00 Other various shifts available Duties:- Safely operate an articulated vehicle.- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving- Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels and tyre pressure- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption Requirements: - Valid HGV C+E License and Driver CPC- Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards- Excellent time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively-You must live within 50 miles of Spalding, Lincolnshire Salary: (PAYE ONLY) (Dependent on Tramping or Day Shift) - Various Shifts available £148 - 163 Monday to Friday £158 - 173 Saturday £168 - 183 Sunday and Bank Holiday £12 per shift food and phone allowance £2 per week PPE allowance £26.20 Night out allowance Available assessments and starts - call for further information and available shifts / Reference ID: SPL31Expected start date: 01/08/2025Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £148.00-£183.00 per dayBenefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parkingLicence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) Driver CPC ..... full job details .....
