HGV Class 1 Driver

Target Staff are currently recruiting for a Contract HGV Driver (Class 1) for our client, a reputable company within the transportation industry based in the South West. This temporary position is set to last for approximately 3 months and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV drivers to join a well-established organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely delivering goods, adhering to all road safety regulations, and maintaining excellent standards of customer service. The role requires flexibility, punctuality, and a professional attitude to ensure smooth logistics operations during the contract period.

• Valid UK Class 1 HGV Licence
• Previous experience in driving HGVs, especially Class 1 vehicles
• Good knowledge of UK road and safety regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours and on different shifts
• Excellent time management skills and reliability
• Ability to undertake manual handling when required
