Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Bradford. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates.
Any shift to include a weekend day.
This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivering to RDCs and stores.
- Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.
- Vehicle checks
- Shift patterns to suit but a weekend shift is preferred.
Days
- Days: 04:00 – 09:00 starts
- £18.57 per hour PAYE
- Over time £27.85ph after 8 hours
- Minimum of 11 hours paid Friday to Monday
Nights
- Nights: 15:00 – 21:00 starts
- £20.01per hour PAYE
- Over time £30.01ph after 8 hours
- Minimum of 11 hours paid Friday to Monday
Rates are the same Monday – Sunday.
The ideal candidate.
- Held your HGV C+E licence for at least 12 months
- You must have at least 3 months commercial experience for insurance purposes
- “Can do” attitude
- No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
- Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
