Hgv Class 1 Driver

Opportunity:

HGV 1 / LGV 1 / CLASS 1 DRIVERS WANTED-

You will be working for a family operated, national and international transport company operating primarily in the construction, retail and manufacturing industries that distributes an extensive range of commodities including construction products, agricultural products, electrical goods and food and drink products as well as being a proud partner of TPN (The Pallet Network). You will be responsible for delivery of palletised goods to customers throughout the South Yorkshire area and will be responsible for offloading pallets using a tail lift and electric pump truck. PM trunking work also available
.
All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.

Working Hours:

Working hours are Monday to Friday with start times being around 0700 each day. Night trunking is also Monday to Friday with start times being 1800 each day.

Duration:

This is an ongoing temporary role with perm opportunitites also available

To be considered for this role, you must have the following,

- HGV Class 1 Licence
- Digital tacho card
- A full UK CPC
- No more than 6 points on your licence

You must also have held your licence for a minimum of 1 year.
