HGV Class 1 Driver Nights 

Pertemps are currently looking to recruit HGV 1 / LGV 1 / Class 1 / C E drivers to work out of our client’s depot based in Warrington on permanent night shifts. 

Start times vary from 2200 – 0300 

For this HGV 1 / LGV 1 / Class 1 / C E driver role, you will be responsible for:

• Loading/unloading cages of letters/parcels
• Element of pushing/pulling involved on double deck trailers
• Driving double and single decker trailers

For this HGV 1 / LGV 1 / Class 1 / C E driver role, you will need:
 

• Experience of driving HGV vehicles (minimum 2 years and driven Class 1 in the past 6 months)
• Hold a valid C E entitlement, CPC card and Digi Card
• No more than 6 points 

Details of this HGV 1 / LGV 1 / Class 1 / C E driver role:

Monday to Sunday operation
Average 10 - 12 hour shifts
Start times vary from 2200 – 0300 
Regular/ongoing work 

The rates of pay are up to £22.89 per hour - These are all PAYE rates
