Job description: Mainstay are proudly recruiting for a full-time Class C+E driver for our fantastic client based in Aston, Birmingham. Potential annual earnings can exceed 59k. This includes overtime and night-out money allowances. Duties involve Regional and National Distribution Centre deliveries or collections nationwide. No handball. Desirable work. Between 2 and 4 deliveries per shift, depending on route. All vehicles are modern and well-maintained. They include a sleeper cab, fridge, and microwave. Excellent facilities and additional benefits are available, including secure parking. Pay Rates (first 12 weeks): 15.24 PAYE per hour, all hours Monday to Friday 22.86 PAYE per hour, Saturdays 25 night out payment (tax-free) Based on 60 hour week + 2 nights out = 964.40 (circa 50k annually) Permanent Pay (after 12 weeks): 15.24 PAYE per hour. Up to 40 hours worked Monday to Friday 22.86 PAYE per hour. After 40 hours worked Monday to Friday 22.86 PAYE per hour. Saturdays 25.00 night out payment (tax-free) Based on 60 hour week + 2 nights out = 1116 (circa 58k annually) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday; occasional Saturdays are required. Start times are between 04:00 and 07:00 per shift. Between X1 and X3 nights out each week.
