Main duties of the role: Ensuring full compliance with all current regulations concerning the transportation of hazardous waste materials. Delivery / Collection of waste materials to/from various locations around the UK. Some manual work will be required and occasional yard work. Hours of work will be as and when required in order to complete your duties in accordance with the legal requirements for an HGV driver with a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Full compliance with high standards of health and safety regulations including PPE at all times. Complete all duties in a safe and responsible manner. Ensuring the daily walkaround safety inspection is completed, the results recorded and any defects reported to the Site Manager.
