HGV Class 1 Driver.4 On, 4 Off Shifts - Starting January 2026 on a 7 day Rotation. Location: Cardiff CF3. Start Date: January 2026.Salary: ph based on average 50 hrs pw.Our Client are seeking two reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable logistics company, offering competitive pay and a structured work schedule.Role Details: Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (consistent rotation). Start Times: Between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM (flexibility based on driver preferences). Routes: Primarily Cardiff to Swindon, Lutterworth. Type of Role: Long-term placement upon successful performance Temp-to-perm opportunity, availablePay and Benefits: Hourly Rate: 16.50 per hour (flat rate). Vehicles: Dedicated fleet with one spare vehicle available for rotation (for x2 HGV Drivers).Key Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 License. 2 years experience, preferred. Over 25+ CPC and Tacho all up to date. Previous experience in similar roles preferred. Professional, punctual, and reliable.
