Role: HGV Class 1 Driver Location: Milton Keynes, MK6 1NE Salary: 55,000 per annum (inclusive of tax-free night out allowance) Shift Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7 Employment: Full-time, permanent Ocassional nights out will be required for this role to cover holidays. The Role As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you''ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of trailers between distribution hubs and fulfilment centres, ensuring deliveries are completed on time while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include: Safely operating an HGV Class 1 vehicle across the UK. Delivering and collecting trailers to fulfilment centres. Completing trailer drop and swap movements. Using satellite navigation and route planning tools to ensure efficient journeys. Carrying out daily vehicle walk-around inspections and reporting any defects promptly.
