HGV Class 1 Driver – Days

We are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a reliable and well-established operation based in Newbridge. This is a great opportunity for drivers seeking consistent day shifts, stable hours, and a professional working environment.

Pay and Benefits:

- £15.28 per hour
- Weekly pay

Shift Details:

- Start Times: 7:30 AM or 10:30 AM
- Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including potential weekend work on rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

- Operating Class 1 vehicles for deliveries and collections
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
- Ensuring all paperwork and logs are completed accurately
- Following all transport legislation and company procedures
- Providing a high standard of customer service during deliveries

Requirements:

- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Up-to-date Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
