HGV Class 1 Driver - The Details:

- A minimum of 6 months'' experience driving HGV Class 1 vehicles in the UK
- A valid C+E Licence, Digi Tacho Card, and CPC Card
- No more than 6 penalty points on your licence — TT, DD, or DR codes will not be considered
- Operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle for timed deliveries and collections at various customer locations
- Conduct thorough pre-use vehicle checks and report any defects or safety issues promptly
- Ensure all transport is carried out in line with EU Drivers'' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and customer service at all times
- Complete necessary paperwork and use in-cab technology as required
- Communicate effectively with transport planners, depot staff, and customers
- Represent the company professionally on the road and on customer sites
- A sound understanding of drivers'' hours legislation and health & safety compliance
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- A flexible and reliable approach to working hours and shift patterns
