Pertemps Burton are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 Driver for a client based in Marchington, Staffordshire.

The HGV Class 1 Driver will have the following duties:

• Delivery of goods across the UK, loading and unloading refrigeration units
• Installation of cold rooms onsite with a drivers mate
• Working with the warehouse team for effective equipment loading fro transit
• Engage with customers/clients on arrival at site including some paperwork

The HGV Class 1 Driver will have the following experience/qualifications:

• HGV Class 1 Licence (C+E), CPC and Tacho Cards
• Minimum of 6 months Class 1 experience however new passes may be considered
• Heavy lifting and manual handling are required for this role
• Good communication skills as dealing with clients/customers onsite
