The work involves palletised and cage deliveries, with goods loaded and unloaded using tail lifts and loading bays. What''s on offer? Ongoing position with the opportunity for permanent employment 5 shifts per week on a rotating rota - Monday to Saturday Shifts start from 3am (minimum 10-hour shifts) -17 per hour + shift allowance (-1.80 to -2.71 for days & -3.36 for nights) Overtime available at -24.28 per hour To be considered as an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will need: A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence A minimum of 6 months Class 1 driving experience Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsements A 4-hour paid assessment and induction is required before starting, which includes a driving assessment, site induction, drug and alcohol test.
