HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER

Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class 1 Truck driver, Who will be driving a Articulated vehicle, doing all bulker flat and curtain sided work. Will also be required to do nights out in the lorry within the working week.ResponsibilitiesConduct a daily walk around check before setting off and one at midday for tyre''s.Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery times.Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.Ensure that the lorry is kept clean and well-maintained.QualificationsValid commercial driving licence (C+E or equivalent) with a clean driving record.Experience in class 1 driving is preferred.Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan routes efficiently.Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.If you are passionate about driving and committed to delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Truck Driver. ..... full job details .....
