HGV Class 1 Driver

_HGV Class 1 Driver_We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking HGV Class 1 driver to join our team of drivers based in Beeston, Sandy, Beds.The role involves delivering timber frame components, roof trusses, floor joists and other timber materials to sites and clients across the south-east of England.A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Full Class 1 licence Valid Digital Tachograph and CPC card No more than 6 points or a DD or DRThe role will entail:ON AVERAGE 2 DROPS PER DAY Four and a half day week finishing 1pm Friday Average 40-45 hours per week Ensuring the load is secure and complies with the UK traffic laws Completing relevant company/legal documents and checking loads to ensure they are correct before leaving the yard Maintaining the vehicle, pre-use checks etc, and ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and tidyJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: PermanentSalary: £15.00 per hourWork Remotely NoJob Type: Full-timePay: £15.00 per hourExperience: Driving a Goods Vehicle: 1 year (preferred) driving: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification: Driver CPC (preferred)Work Location: On the roadApplication deadline: ..... full job details .....
