HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Multidrop Drivers Location: Tonbridge / Tunbridge Wells, Kent Pay Rate: 17.50 - 20.50 per hour (depending on licence class and shift pattern) Contract: Fixed-Term Temporary Assignment (August and September) Shifts Available: Days and Nights About the Role Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a leading transport and logistics provider in Kent. We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to support increased demand during August and September. This is a multidrop delivery role involving the transportation of palletised freight to both commercial and residential customers across the region. Drivers must be comfortable completing deliveries using tail lifts and electric pump trucks where required. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver palletised freight to commercial and residential locationsComplete multidrop delivery routes efficiently and safelyOperate tail lifts and electric pump trucksConduct daily vehicle checks and report any defectsEnsure all deliveries are completed in line with company and DVSA regulationsProvide excellent customer service at delivery pointsAccurately complete delivery documentation and use handheld devices where required RequirementsValid HGV Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (Category C) licenceValid Driver CPC qualificationDigital Tachograph CardPrevious multidrop delivery experienceExperience using tail lifts and pump trucksGood level of physical fitness due to the nature of the roleStrong understanding of driver hours and ..... full job details .....
