Position Summary: As a HGV Bond Coat Tanker Driver / Surfacing Operative, it is expected that you possess a strong sense of teamwork, and a flexible approach to work. Your success in this role will be driven by your ability to consistently complete tasks on time, taking pride in delivering a product of superior quality and having a keen eye for detail. Teamwork is key while working within our surfacing squads with all members being able to work under their own initiative in showing their willingness to learn and develop. The ideal candidate will have an element of mechanical knowledge and display a pro-active attitude towards health and safety and be fully conversant with driver legal requirements. You are not the type to struggle with following instructions. This role is not suitable for individuals who dislike travelling, working outdoors, or working during night-time. In this position, you will be required to work closely with a team and rely on your own resourcefulness.
