About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable HGV Bodybuilder / Fitter to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting components for new refuse collection vehicles within our manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and build new refuse collection vehicle bodies to specification
- Fit and secure components using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and company procedures
What We''re Looking For
- Proficiency with power tools
- Basic understanding of fixings, fasteners, and mechanical assembly
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Must supply own hand tools (e.g., spanners, sockets, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
