This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial vehicles, buses, coaches or heavy plant who enjoys fault finding and electrical diagnostics. - The Role of the HGV Auto Electrician / PSV Auto Electrician Diagnosing and repairing electrical and electronic faults on buses and coaches. Carrying out fault finding using diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems. Repairing and replacing wiring looms, sensors, relays, switches and control units. Diagnosing CAN Bus and multiplex electrical systems. Maintaining vehicle lighting, CCTV, destination equipment and ancillary systems. Carrying out electrical inspections and preventative maintenance.
