We''re looking for a skilled and motivated HGV Auto Electrician to join a growing team. 
 
I am working with a globally operating, well-established and family-run business (minus the family politics!) within the automotive industry - more specifically commercial vehicle supply and export.
 
Passionate about quality and committed to excellent customer service and products, my client has continued to grow consistently over the past 30+ years. With the business going from strength to strength, this is a really exciting time to join the team, and they are now looking for HGV Electricians of varying levels of experience, to join their existing Workshop team.
 

• Stoke
• £15 - £20ph dependent on experience
• 8am - 5:30pm
• Varying levels of experience considered

 
Role:

Within the role of HGV Auto Electrician, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults on HGVs, trailers, and commercial vehicles
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring, lighting, and electronic systems
• Using diagnostic tools and technical manuals to ensure accurate fault-finding
• Carrying out planned maintenance and emergency breakdown support
• Ensuring all work meets safety standards and compliance requirements

 
Requirements:
 
To be successfully considered for the position of HGV Auto Electrician, you will offer:

• Proven experience as an Auto Electrician (HGV/commercial vehicles preferred)
• Strong knowledge of 12v/24v systems, wiring, and electrical components
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
