Job Title: HGV Class 2 Driver - Multi-Drop Store DeliveriesLocation: WillenhallPay Rate: Flat Hourly RateContract Type: Temporary / OngoingJob OverviewWe are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for multi-temperature, multi-drop store deliveries. This role involves delivering goods to retail stores with a combination of cage deliveries and some handballing.Shifts are available across AM and PM operations, with flexible start times and consistent work available for reliable drivers.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete multi-drop deliveries (3-10 drops per shift)Carry out store deliveries using cages and occasional handballUse a PDA system to confirm and process deliveries at each locationEnsure all deliveries are completed safely and on timeFollow all driver hours, WTD and site compliance rulesMaintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all timesShift PatternsAM Shifts: £17.26/hrStart times from 03:00 (typically from 06:00 for agency drivers)PM / Afternoon Shifts: Start times from 12:00Last deliveries typically completed by 22:00Minimum 8 hours guaranteed pay per shiftBreaks45-minute deduction for Tacho vehicles30-minute deduction for non-Tacho shifts (including shunters)InductionStandard induction: Approx. 4 hoursReduced induction may be conducted due to demandInductions typically start at 06:00Immediate starts available following successful inductionDriver RequirementsValid HGV Class 2 LicenceDigital Tachograph Card and CPC Card (in date)Maximum 6 penalty points ..... full job details .....
