HGV 1 Drivers needed

Pertemps Crewe are currently recruiting for HGV 1 AM Drivers for their peak period for our prestigious national client based in Crewe.

For this HGV / LGV / C E Driver role, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a boxed sided heavy goods vehicle
  
  
• Deliveries of caged chilled, frozen and ambient caged goods to stores across the Northwest
  
  
• Average 3 to 4 drops
  
  
• You will be expected to work from Thursday to Monday
  
  
• You will be expected to roll the cages onto the tail lift and the store will do the rest
  
  
• Shift length on average are between 8-10 hours
  
  

For this HGV / LGV / C E Driver role, you will need:
 

• CE Licence
  
  
• Full UK Licence
  
  
• Digi CPC Card
  
  
• No more than 6 points
  
  
• To have held your licence for a minimum of 18 months, with 6 months HGV experience
  
  

Details of this HGV / LGV / C E Driver role:
 

• Most of the shifts are starting between 0200 and 0400 on days 
  
  
• Pay ranges from £16.06 to £26.14 per hour based on the above start times
  
  
• You will need to do a 3-day assessment – Day 1 is Driving and Theory, Day 2 and 3 are buddy days – these are paid
  
  
• We have available assessments slots ASAP
