About the Role

Rapier Employment seeks HGV 1 DRIVER for ongoing full-time work in Hertfordshire. Based at Welham Green, duties include store deliveries on day shifts and trunking at night. Pay ranges from £21.40 to £32.81 hourly, with overtime and holiday pay, plus weekend rates. Flexible patterns cover Monday to Friday, four on/four off, or Friday to Monday, suiting varied schedules. Candidates need a valid HGV Class 1 licence, proven driving experience, and solid knowledge of tachograph rules and road safety. An immediate start is offered, with consistent shifts and competitive earnings for the right driver.

• £22.19 per hour – Standard
• £29.95 per hour – Overtime

Weekend Rates:
• Saturday – £27.03 per hour
• Sunday – £30.32 per hour
