Our primary objective was overseeing the delivery of the Titanic Belfast visitor attraction, and we are the owners and guardians of the building, including managing the operator contract. Titanic Belfast has become an international icon, welcoming over 10 million visitors and generating an economic impact of £430 million. The success of Titanic Belfast has enabled us to work on other projects. We led on the restoration of the former Harland and Wolff Drawing Offices, now Titanic Hotel Belfast, acquired the SS Nomadic and incorporated it into the Titanic Belfast experience, and preserved one of the rarest lighthouse optics in the world, now publicly displayed on Belfast''s waterfront as the Great Light.
