Heritage Building and Facilities Manager

Battersea Arts Centre are looking for an experienced Heritage Building and Facilities Manager to join our Operations Team. You''ll lead the day-to-day care and maintenance of our iconic Grade ll listed building, ensuring it''s safe, welcoming and well-maintained for visitors and staff. Working closely across the organisation, you''ll oversee building maintenance, contractor maintenance, contractor management, health and safety compliance and sustainability, helping to preserve one of London''s most unique creative spaces. The Role Responsible to: General Manager Working Closely with: Senior Operations Manager, Visitor Experience and Communities Manager, Senior Events Delivery Manager, Building Hires Manager, Head of Production and Technical and Duty Managers. Responsible for: Building Maintenance Technician and supervision of external contractors. This role will be part of BAC''s Operations Team.
