Salary: From £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience) plus £1,000 Welcome Bonus. Day to day as a
Senior Nursery Manager
you will be an intrinsic part of the nursery management team ensuring the setting has the right staff, culture, policies and resources to deliver the highest possible standards of childcare and early years education.You will manage a large team and all operational elements required to run a large high capacity nursery school. You will identify areas for improvement in learning, teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments for children and educators. You will embrace inclusivity to meet the individual needs of all those in your care. You will encourage a love of learning through high quality teaching under the EYFS framework, ensuring children are safe and have rich, stimulating experiences. You will lead, motivate and inspire educators, manage staff ratios through rotas, attract new hires and provide learning and development opportunities for the team.About You
You are a
Level 3 or above qualified, experienced Nursery Manager
looking for the next step who thrives on leading by example and inspiring others. You love supporting and encouraging the natural curiosity and excitement of young children, while motivating your team. You have a natural, nurturing openness, a warm and positive outlook, and you care about learning and education standards for young children in the UK.Must Haves:A full and relevant Early Years Education qualification Level 3 or above or equivalentExperience in a managerial role including nursery administration or similarExtensive experience of managing a large, high occupancy nursery schoolA strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS frameworkReflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together and experienced in providing staff training and supportDemonstrable leadership qualities (ideally within Early Years)Excellent communication skills with both children and adultsWhy Work For Us
