This London-wide role focuses on empowering survivors to make informed choices about their housing options, facilitating access to refuge where appropriate, and alternative safe accommodation, whilst ensuring safety, dignity, and autonomy are central to all support provided. The Helpline Housing Caseworker will be expected to set up and develop a dedicated housing advice function within the helpline service, with the support of the Head of Helplines. This includes establishing clear advice frameworks and guidance to support victim-survivors to understand their housing rights, options, and entitlements.
