Helpdesk Technician 2nd Line Support

ManpowerGroup Inc. are working with a client based in Morley that specialise within IT support and services. Our client is looking for a 2x Helpdesk Technician''s within the 2nd line support team on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will handle escalated support issues, helping users with desktops, servers, networking, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other IT systems. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with solid technical knowledge and great customer service skills.The role:Full Time Perm PositionMonday to Friday, Fully Office basedHours: 8:45am- 5:15pmLocation: Morley, LeedsSalary: 25,000- 30,000 DOEA supportive and collaborative team environmentExposure to a wide range of technologiesOpportunities for training and career development Key Responsibilities:Provide 2nd line support for Windows, Office 365, and other core systemsTroubleshoot network issues (LAN, WAN, firewalls, routers, VPNs)Support remote access tools (RDP, VPN) and disaster recovery solutionsMonitor system alerts and respond to tickets via the helpdesk platformKeep users informed on issue progress and planned outagesEscalate complex issues to 3rd line or field engineersLog time accurately on support tickets What You''ll Need:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, Intune)Experience with Windows ServerGood understanding of networking: VLANs, port forwarding, routing, switchingProficient in Microsoft Office appsAbility to troubleshoot and ..... full job details .....
