Be the first point of contact for support queries within defined SLA parametersSupport and manage IT operations for clientsMonitor and maintain customer backup regimes, escalating issues as neededCarry out anti-virus updates, scans, and system security checksAssist with software configuration, computer setups, and installationsInstall and manage Office 365 solutionsProvide first-line support for server infrastructurePerform remote installations of new IT equipmentWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in an IT helpdesk roleExperience in MSP environments (preferred)Strong IT and communication skills with the ability to work under pressureA proactive, team-oriented approachMinimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above (including Maths and English)Own transport and a valid driving licence preferred (occasional client site visits required)Must live within commuting distance of NorthamptonDesirable Skills (not Essential)
VLAN setup and configurationFirewall administration and internet connectivity setupsServer OS installation and Active DirectoryUbiquiti installation and administrationKnowledge of ESET antivirus softwareOffice 365 migration techniquesWhat’s Next?
