Are you an experienced IT Support professional ready for a dynamic, short-term project? We''re seeking skilled individuals to join a temporary project for our client in Wymbush, Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, office-based role requiring daily on-site presence. Project Overview: Duration: Approximately mid-April to July/early August. Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends (shifts allocated in advance). Hours: 7-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Role: Providing remote technical support via phone and video to home-based end-users. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional and client-focused technical support. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and bespoke application issues. Provide clear, patient guidance to users of varying technical abilities. Accurately document support interactions. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven IT support experience. Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems, hardware, and networking. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows Explorer, Edge, Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Quick Assist, Snipping Tool). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and 1 as part of a team. Experience with remote support tools. Ability to deal with difficult clients in a calm manner.
