The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring their IT environments continue to operate effectively. The role will cover a variety of technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, networking, and cloud-based solutions. The position will involve delivering support remotely, with occasional travel to customer locations to assist with on-site technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide IT support by phone, email, and remote access.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Support customer computers, servers, networks, and cloud systems.Install and configure hardware and software.Maintain accurate records of work completed.Create and update technical documentation.Carry out occasional on-site customer support.About You: We are looking for an ..... full job details .....
