Helpdesk Administrator Pertemps are currently recruiting for numerous Helpdesk Administrators to join a leading Logistics company in their Head office based in Chineham, Basingstoke. This is a temporary ongoing position.we have a number of shifts available: Full Time:Sunday-Thursday 05:00-13:30Tuesday-Saturday 06:00-14:30Tuesday-Saturday 13:30-22:00 Part Time:Friday-Monday 06:00-12:00Friday-Monday 14:30-21:00Responsibilities as a Helpdesk Administrator:Answering telephone calls and emailsLogging queries on the companies CRM systemDealing with any live issues and investigating discrepanciesCompleting KPI trackers and performance reportsCollate information and update business systemChase internal teams to find query resolutionsBuilding and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customersRequirements for this position:Previous experience in a customer facing roleConfident speaking over the phoneAnalytical working approachExperience and knowledge of Microsoft packagesThe Role: 12.71 per hour Temp to permanent positionIf you are interested in this Helpdesk Administrator position, please apply below with an up-to-date CV or give Jemma a call at the Pertemps Basingstoke ..... full job details .....
