      <description>Location: Edmonton | Salary: &amp;pound;12.71 - &amp;pound;13/hour | Type: Contract | Help Desk &amp; Works Coordinator   Location:  Office-based  Hours:  Full-time, Monday to Friday  Salary:  £15 Per Hour (Equivalent to £26,000 per year)  About the Role  We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established building services and maintenance contractor for an organised and proactive  Help Desk &amp; Works Coordinator  to join their busy operations team.  This is a fast-paced role supporting the delivery of maintenance works for public sector clients. You'll play a key part in coordinating engineers, managing work orders, maintaining client systems, and ensuring jobs are progressed efficiently from instruction through to completion.
