This role is central to our day-to-day operations and would suit someone who is confident, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswering incoming calls and emails from clients, subcontractors and engineersLogging and managing maintenance jobs accurately via the helpdesk systemLiaising with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliersRaising, sending, and following up on quotesProviding updates to clients and managing job progression from start to finishEscalating urgent or overdue issues appropriatelyMaintaining clear and accurate recordsPreparing basic reportsMonitoring and managing SLAs and KPIs where deadlines are at riskTriaging incoming requests to ensure ..... full job details .....
