Help & Protection Social Worker | Buckinghamshire | Up to -42 per Hour
Caritas Recruitment is recruiting for experienced Social Workers to join Buckinghamshire''s Help & Protection Teams, with vacancies available in High Wycombe and Aylesbury.
These locality-based teams work with children and families requiring support, safeguarding intervention and child protection planning, offering social workers the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and deliver long-term positive outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection and Court cases.
• Complete assessments, plans and interventions in line with statutory requirements.
• Undertake direct work with children and families to improve outcomes and reduce risk.
• Participate in Child Protection Conferences, Core Groups and multi-agency meetings.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective support plans.
• Ensure children''s voices remain central to all assessments and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Social Work England Registration.
• Experience within Children''s Safeguarding, Child Protection or Locality Teams.
• Strong assessment, planning and risk management skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
