Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor We re looking for an organised, confident and customer-focused Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy HGV workshop.You ll be the link between our customers, technicians and workshop team, managing jobs from booking through to completion and invoicing.The Role Book in HGVs for servicing, repairs, inspections and MOT preparationRaise and manage accurate job cardsLiaise with technicians to monitor job progress and identify additional workKeep customers updated on repairs, costs and timescalesObtain customer approval for additional workOrder parts and liaise with suppliers when requiredPrepare accurate invoices for completed workSupport the Workshop Manager with daily planning and workflowMaintain accurate workshop records and administration What We re Looking For Experience in a HGV, commercial vehicle, fleet or dealership workshopStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organisation and ability to manage multiple jobsGood understanding of workshop processes, job cards and invoicingIT literate; DMS experience would be an advantageA confident, practical approach and the ability to work under pressure What We Offer Competitive salaryOvertime opportunitiesTraining and career developmentSupportive, professional workshop teamStable, long-term career prospects If you have commercial vehicle workshop experience and enjoy keeping customers, technicians and jobs moving, we d like to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
