About the role: This is a hands-on, field-based role involving the diagnostics, servicing, and repair of construction, agricultural, industrial, heavy line, and recycling equipment at customer sites. This opportunity would suit a highly skilled plant engineer with strong mechanical and diagnostic experience who enjoys problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Carry out machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs to equipment to manufacturer standards Diagnose faults using laptop-based diagnostic systems Complete repairs efficiently with a “first time fix” approach Accurately record job information using PDA systems Liaise with manufacturers and internal teams regarding technical support and updates Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety policies and quality standards Participate in ongoing training and development, including manufacturer courses What we’re looking for: Proven experie...
