Location: Kent

Salary: £18-20ph + 4x4 Van + Door-to-Door

Working Hours: 40 hour week - Overtime at 1.5x 

Neos Engineering is partnering with a leading OEM seeking skilled Plant Engineers to join their team on the Lower Thames Crossing project. This is an excellent opportunity for a Heavy Plant Engineer looking to expand their knowledge and skills while working closely with a major manufacturer. The business specialises in Articulated Dump Trucks (ADTs).

About the Role

As a Heavy Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing plant machinery, including Excavators, Loaders, Dumpers, and Material Handling equipment.
• Performing mechanical and electrical repairs, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and diagnostics.
• Working across the Lower Thames Crossing site in Kent in a fully equipped 4x4 van.

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working on construction plant, quarrying, or rail machinery.
• Previous work on brands such as JCB, CAT, Sennebogen, and Komatsu.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Construction or Agricultural Plant Maintenance.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• A willingness to receive training, work overtime, and progress within the business.
