Offshore Heavy Lift Vessel CoordinatorLocation: Remote (UK and Europe - Remote working on Rota basis - 2weeks on and 2 weeks off)Contract: 12 months - Outside IR35 (Limited contract) Our Client is an Energy technology company are seeking to Offshore Heavy Lift Vessel Coordinator. The role is for a contract position of 12 months Outside IR35. Our client has 150-year legacy of innovation and will focus on energy transformation, new technologies, decarbonization and Innovative leading-edge technology. Role:As a Vessel Coordinator you will act as a key coordination point between offshore teams and onshore support functions. It ensures people, training, travel, documentation, tooling readiness, and planning data are aligned to operational demand. The Vessel Coordinator helps reduce disruption, improves readiness, and supports safe delivery across vessel operations. Responsibilities: Coordinate vessel staffing plans in line with campaign schedules, crew rotations, and operational demand. Support the allocation and tracking of offshore personnel to ensure vessels are staffed with the required number of competent resources. Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation activities for assigned vessels, including readiness of personnel, travel, documentation, and related logistics. Track vessel demand against available resources and highlight gaps, risks, clashes, and late changes to the relevant manager.
