Role: WelderStart date: Immediate StartLocation: Ipswich, SuffolkHours: 40 hours per weekPay: 16 - 17ph (WEEKLY PAY) and pay rise after 3 monthsWe have a permanent position for a Welder in Ipswich paying circa 17ph with overtime available during busy periods, all at increased rates of pay! Hours of work are 07:00-15:30, 40 hours a week! As a welder you will be expected to weld mild steel up from 20mm+. If you are an experienced fabricator, then you may qualify for a higher hourly rate.Welder duties include: -MIG welding mild steel up from 20mm+Fabricating with various hand and power toolsUse of cutting, drilling and grinding machineryAlways follow and adhere to the companies health and safety standards You will be required to work independently so it is essential that you can read and work from engineering drawings and comply with weld symbols and standards as required.
