About the Role
Heavy And Large Vehicle Driving Instructors are sought for a temporary assignment in Washington, NE38, paying £16.85 to £40.62 per hour. Pertemps Glasgow Perm Hub requires qualified Class 1 professionals for day, back, and night shifts covering locals, changeovers, fridge, and RDC work. Applicants need a valid UK Class 1 licence, six months’ experience, a current DCPC, and a digital tachograph card with at least 180 days remaining. A clean licence with no more than six points is essential, excluding specific endorsements. Manual entry and reversing competence are mandatory. The client assessment is paid following your fifth shift. Weekly pay, accrued holiday, pension access, ongoing assignments, and 24/7 consultant support are provided.

Pertemps Driving Hub are looking for reliable, experienced professional Class 1 drivers for our client in Washington. There is an assessment with this client which is paid after your 5th shift.
Requirements –
- A Valid UK Class 1 licence with 6 months experience
- At least 180 days on your card
- A current UK Driver DCPC card and a valid Digi card
- No more than 6 points NO DD, DR, CD, TT, OR IN’s
- Must be able to complete a manual entry
- Must be able to reverse
- Weekly pay
- Accrued Holiday pay
